Lack of customer attention on the show room

I was greatly disappointed by the lack of attention and service i received from the sales stuff as they were all too busy too even attend or nor greet me and my little brother as we spend more 10 min looking at the same car which is a "Black Mini Countryman S"
I saw the car on the on S4 website and actually drove from Pretoria too Boksburg just too see it in person.
I feel the fact that m young should mean i should be ignored, i am a young black professional and i pride myself in that. i will not stand for bad service greatly disappointed.
To think i took it upon my self too drive all the way there and leave without even getting assistance.
