Do these people ever answer calls???

Nobody ever answers calls i have been trying everyday for almost 3 hours on end for the past 4 days and when they do answer the just lift the handset and drop it. Really unprofessional behaviour if none of them want to do the job they are being payed to do then they should not be there. The website is just as as it never works just like their employees why am i not surprised
