They cant fix my car for 2 full weeks now

I had a problem with my car Tata it couldn't start, so I phoned my warranty SA warranties and they sent AA to tow my car at home. they phoned me and I suggested they take my car to TATA PINETOWN since I do my usual services with them. and its been -two months since it was with them for service. and now it couldn't start and according to person whom I asked who know about cars told me that its a cambelt faulty. now my question is how come they didn't notice that my cambelt is faulty yet the car was with them less than two months. So now my car is with them this is the third week ive been calling and they promised to come back to me saying they are very busy, but even so it cant be 3weeks. I spoke to the workshop manager who said I must speak to service adviser and he dropped phone in my ear. Then on Friday 27/09 a lady Christina phoned me saying my car needs to be put on machine and that's -R2000 and I told he r to contact SA warranties since am still covered and she too my details and promised to come back to me, till now she never phoned. I tried caling her and she was in meeting they said. IM SO SAD and angry at their service its bad, i wish I had money to move to car somwhere else
