Great service

I took my car in for a service to Parklands Autocare Centre. Not only was I taken back to my office (too far to walk), but I was called within the hour to advise what needed to be done. Each item was discussed, and I was given the option to deal with only the "urgent" items or to accept the whole quote. My car was ready by 2 in the afternoon.
When I fetched my car, Tracey again explained what was done, and gave me my maintenance manual after confirming that this had been updated.
Fast, professional and efficient - the service really exceeded my expectations! Parklands Autocare Centre has another client for life!
