WAITING 5 MONTHS FOR SEATBELT REPAIR

I bought a Citi Golf Rox at Hyundai Wonderboom in April 2013. First there were the window rubbers that had to be replaced, then the driver side door handle's lever broke. After an argument with Anthony and Pierre they agreed to replace it on their costs. When I got the car all 4 door handles struggled to open. I also told them about the cover of the seatbelt clip that was missing. To date I've been waiting and waiting for them to replace it. Anthony even told me they will come to my work. They are quick to make promises, and when it comes down to doing it, they don't know what you are talking about, or forgot. But they misjudged me on this. last week Saturday I went to the premises and was told the part had been paid for and they forgot about it etc. They will phone me the Monday with an update. Hmm on Thursday 26th I PHONED THEM!!! The phone went dead at a stage, and they didn't even bother to phone me back. They wanted me to take the car to them. I went away for the weekend, and this morning saw an email from Anthony wanting to know if I can bring the car in today. I replied that its not possible, and he previously said they will come to my work! I haven't heard from them.
