Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
Total lack of Service

I ordered a product through FNB and the order was sent to Digital Planet who then redirected the courier side to Ram Hand to Hand. So I live in Durban and they ended up sending my Device to Cape Town, after 3 days they finally realized it needed to be in Durban and at that point I was PROMISED over night shipping from Capetown to Durban. After Dealing with no replies from Digital Planet due to no updates from Ram I eventually contacted them at which point I was instructed that the device was sent via truck to Johannesburg isando and the will be sent from there to me the next day after it was assured it would go from their hand to mine by Friday morning 11:am latest... so much for hand to hand and on time. I guess all the adverts on best delivery I hear on the radio are all false advertising. I will honestly never use nor recommend them for postage yet alone anything that is important.
