Call centre making sure ive been helped

On the 36/09/2013 i called McCarthy call a car call center for information about a vehicle they advertised, the lady that helped me gave all the information i wanted through to the dealership in 20 min the dealership called me made an appointment for me to come see the car, Very friendly service! Later the day McCarthy call center the same lady called me back to make sure ive been helped! that is what i call service.
