BAD ATTITUDE AND INABILITY TO RESOLVE A MATTER TEL

A parcel has been stuck at customs for 2 weeks now. Emails and telephone conversations have been going back and forth for the entire duration. Only to contact Linex Solutions early Monday morning to find out that the parcel is still under inspection... after the remark that "this was silly" I get a whole string of reasons and excuses of other peoples parcels that have been there since the 5th August. Firstly as the customer, other peoples parcels are not my concern and secondly talking over a customer on the phone shows lack of ability to handle a situation. And lastly, telling me as the customer, "this conversation is not working for me, rather send me an email" is just down right rude and shows even more inability to handle the situation at hand. In any service industry no person should be hired or put in direct communication with the customer if they do not have the ability to handle a not so pleasant situation.
