Late delivery and bad attitude!

I paid for overnight courier from Hermanus to Johannesburg. When I tracked the parcel, I was told that it had been delayed and I would only receive it the next day. I complained, gave my details and was told I would receive feedback shortly... Obviously nothing. I called the Rivonia post office to check if my parcel was there and without checking the tracking number, I was told the parcel was there and I could collect. The phone just got dropped in my ear while I was still talking! I phoned back and said I would report it and even then no apology was received and the call dropped again! Pathetic!!!
