I have had the worst experience purchasing two second hand cars from Hatfield Hyundai;I will never support them again. As soon as the papers were signed, we received NO SERVICE &two and a half months later we are still waiting. I purchased two vehicles in the beginning on July 2013.I was not able to collect them on the same day (11 July 2013) as the one's paperwork was not finished. When I got there the sales man wasn't there and not even a congratulations, not to mention a bow/flower-great experience as my first car purchase! The vehicles were handed over with several problems still outstanding and with promises that they would be fixed. After numerous requests, trips to the dealership (I live more than 80km away) it was finally (after having to threaten people with further actions, fixed on the seventh of September 2013.The one vehicle has seven outstanding fines after the salesman refused to get us a new licence plate number. These i will forward to the dealership. I also had to fix several items on the vehicle personally as parts were just handed to us. I also experienced issues with paperwork not sent to me. I want to speak to some one from Head Office and have detailed list of occurre
