BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had my car repaired by this supplier for a period of 2 and 1/2 weeks due to over heating and gasket being damaged and needed to be replaced. I got my car back on monday which on the same friday it blew up the water pipe. I contacted the owner of this company and said to I can pay for towing fees to his yard and I will find securiy guard waiting for me. when I got there all the gates where locked and no security. When I called him back he never answerd the call. on Monday I took the car back again to him. from then which was promised to have it finished by monday afternoon. I never had any feedback until i followed up and was told the car is not ready. everytime the receptionist recocnise my voice she tells me the owner in not available and everyone else refuses to answer my calls on their cell phones. I am extremly dissapointed and will never recomend anyone to this company
