This supplier fails to give you all the information & costs involved when sending items abroad. Baggage Solutions have changed their price after we have received the original quote, which is appalling business practice. We ended up paying more than the original quoted price in order to send the items per air freight. We have specifically asked Baggage Solutions if this includes all shipping costs and they replied "yes" only to find out that there are more costs when the items arrive abroad.

The arrangement was to send the items with British Airways to Manchester Airport, only to find out they are sending the items with trucks in order to save costs.

People, be aware of how Baggage Solutions operate. They are quick to take your money but will cause you a lot of headaches along the way.
