Poor feedback and follow-up

Dear officer i have serious doubts as to the competency of your service desk and reception to relay messages and to call customers back. In the last 2 weeks i have had to call Vaalridge auto 5 times in order to get a single accurate feedback as to my vehicles status.

On collecting the vehicle a work record was not available, so i requested Michael to please email it to me. He agreed. It's a week later and no feedback or email. I then called to speak to the service desk, however they are always unfortunately busy. So i kindly asked that i be contacted because i have not received the work record as yet. It's 6 hours later and still no reply.
A once off occurrence is acceptable to me and understandable. However setting a trend is unacceptable.
