Refreshingly excellent customer service

I couldn't find the key for my lock nuts and I had a flat tyre needed to change it, sent a request to vw and I got contacted within 5mins by Dave even when i couldn't answer the phone he kept trying to reach me who then transferred me to Chuma. Chuma kept following up to check if I'm still ok and being assisted. Then Mark the guy they sent to come assist me also gave me advice on how to avoid future problems and they were all super friendly. Thank you so much, I've always had hustles with dealerships of my previous cars which is why I decided to move to VW but after the absolutely refreshing service I got from purchasing the car @strijdom park to my tyre lock nut problem I think I've found my motor brand
