On Saturday 31 August after a trip that included many misadventures, my husband and I arrived late for a conference in Cape Town, only to find that the rental company with whom we'd booked a car refused to actually give us the car. We felt quite defeated and decided to just book in at our hotel and then get a taxi. However we needed directions and the Woodford kiosk was closest, so we went in and asked Rafiek who was behind the counter. He gave us great directions and we were about to leave when I decided to ask if they could help us with a car. He explained our options to us, processed the paperwork very efficiently and in no time we were in the car of our choosing and on our way. The whole experience with Woodford was perfect but Rafiek especially was so helpful, friendly and professional and had such a wonderful can-do attitude that it really made our day. Well done on your excellent staff and hassle-free procedures!
