Vechicle Giving problems after 2 days of being fix

I took my car to atleast 3 differerent service places and none of them could help me, finally I took it to Steve's Auto Clinic after 3 months with no luck. My car had to be repaired and they took 5 weeks to get the problem fixed (Diesel Pump broke). After 4 weeks I called them to find out how long they will be and since then, they had different excuse everyday. I finally got my car with the problem fixed, but the next day it suddenly gave problems again. I asked a qualified mechanic what the problem may be and he said that the timing of the pump was wrong looking at the excsessive smoking and stutterering. The guy who fixed the car told me they took it for a test drive, why didnt they notice that problem. I phoned the owner and he was extremely rude asking what I want them to do. Well it's obvious, fix my car, I didn't pay R16 800 for nothing. They promised me a courtesy car which I never received. I have a baby that needs medical attention and that did't seem to bother them. My conversation eith the owner he told me the persomj in charge of my car doesn't know anyting of enjins, why employ someone that doesn't have the knowledge of mechanism?? I am extremely unhappy.
