Money accepted, but no service delivered

I accepted a quotation by Jack Wellsted & Co to relocate some furniture and personal belongings in November of 2012. They came to my home and packed all my items. Once packed, it was moved to their warehouse in order to be shipped. At the time, they demanded full payment for shipment. I also purchased a marine insurance policy through Jack Wellsted and paid them in excess of R12 000 for the relocation and insurance.

Almost 11 months later, I find out that my goods were never shipped and their marine insurance policy lapsed with Katz Breskel on 7 September 2012.

I am unable to get hold of anyone at Jack Welksted & Co. My e-mails remain unanswered.
