We immigrated to NZ a few months ago. We had our things packed by Jack Wellsted & co in Jan 2013 to be shipped over, but our things are still Cape Town & along with our money.
We are battling to get hold of the company & if we do get hold of them they have lots of stories but no answers.
Is there a way that we can get our things & money back?
Looks like a few other people also had / are having trouble with them & I would like to cancel the contract before our things leave SA - everything we own is in there - along with all my kids' things.
Please help as I am getting really worried!
