WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T BUY A RENAULT - $$$

I've now own my 2010 Clio for less than 6 months and have been utterly disgusted by the after-sale service offered by Renault.

My clutch went at the beginning of Dec, costing me R6100.00 and they also had the ordasity to move my car and charge me for the towing which I could have arranged for free.

The main point of this complaint is however more about resale. I purchased the car for R150, 000 and paid in R6000 cash. I'm now trying to SELL but can't get anything more than R105, 000 for the car. Renault themselves are offering the dealers R80, 000.

That means that I've lost close to R60, 000 in 6 months (including the repair costs and cash paid in initially).

This is insane... thats a loss of R60, 000 a month,!!!

IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY... THAN MY ADVISE IS BUY A RENAULT!!!
