Stay away from PIL

We have container on the HANSA BRANDENBURG That there was a explosion on board but now we can not get the stock Because of PIL they don`t want to let the insurance company go and check our containers... also they can not tell us when our stock is comming because it is now in port Louise And we have to pay those containers and need to sell to make a living they don`t care. If you phone them they have stories and a don`t care attitude

Did they import iligal chemicals and so make it our problem??? Are they scared for people to see what cuase the explotion??? or are they just very useless and can do jack???

So please use china shipping or any other courier PIL is fastest couriers but also the worst so simply stay away you are going to loose with these people they laugth at you over the phone. And if I go bankrupt because of them what then? are they going to say sorry really stay away
