Emergency line not answered, faulty car given!!

To whom it may concern,

I hired a car from Europcar from 7-12 August 2103 from CT International Airport.

On 7 August the car broke down at about 3pm and I phoned the callcentre to note this after managing to get it to start again.

Then again on the 10th of August the car again broke down at about 10pm in seapoint.

I spent over an hour telephoning your supposed 'emergency 24 hour number' without any answer.

Eventually, and because it was unsafe to stand around in the street close to midnight I had to abandon the car in seapoint and get a taxi back to the guesthouse I was staying in.

This is completely unacceptable and I expect to be refunded for my taxi trip and to be compensated for a car that broke down and an emergency line that no one answers.

Please respond soonest.
