Hi
Please be warned about this panel beater, they are quick to take instruction form tom and harry. i was referred to them by my insurance king price, according to my understanding they should take instruction only from them regarding my vehicle but no they get an email form anyone how claims to be somebody then they will do what the person say with your vehicle. The whole bunch of incompetent people including the management. They don't even know who pays them. They nerve of this people i gave them my car keys a bit loose then they go and break it in to two pieces. they call us and say the car is ready for collection, when i got there to fetch my car, the car was no locking and the lights not working but they claimed to finished the job 2 weeks before. Then they say they have been in the business for more than 20yrs, they are as good as armatures'. i want my car keys to be fixed if they are not willing to fix them then they should give me back my car key the way that i gave it to them from the 1st day when i took in my car.
