Bad after Sales Service

End of 2012, my wife and I bought not one, but two bikes from Harley Davidson - Cape Town (CBD). All was good, and the services was stunning, the moment they delivered the bikes (after waiting for more than a month on the one bike) the service stopped. Plenty of emails asking for help and assistance (even buying more stuff from them) was a PAIN in the!!! - Yesterday I mailed the sales agent to ask for something small, and the email was just passed to someone ells - with the message please help client. Tyrone Palmer is the sales agent - pathetic! and John-Henry is the "chrome specialist" - Never comes back on an email. If I was the owner of the store, I would fire them ASAP! The only sinning star there is the F & I (Aletta) as she did a stunning job - always keeping us informed of every little thing. We spent so much money with them, referring more than 5 potential clients to them - Wish I did not do that!!! I do not want to have anything to do with them, and wish them all the best in future!!!
