This will be the third time that I'm writing a complaint about VW, I purchased a 2012 Polo 1.6 TDI roughly a year ago, and it's been a nightmare ever since. I purchased the vehicle as a demo model, and started the paperwork when it had 7500 Km's on, once I received the car, it had 10500 Km's on, the spare wheel was worn, had less than 5000 Km's left on it, and there was damage on the one rim. Once the car reached 40 000, I had a repetitive problem with the coil light coming on and the car going into limp mode, I had taken my car in a total of 7 times for the same problem, and it is still not fixed, the computer gets reset to clear the error and I get told it has been sorted out, they eventually replaced most of the turbo system (Turbo, boost sensor etc.) and the list goes on, this is not to mention the poor service that I've received during all of this, absolutely shocking. To finish it all off, I was notified last week that I require a new clutch with the odometer standing at 69000. Well to say the least, I'm truly disappointed with my purchase, and I will be selling the car and going to their competition, where I've received brilliant service
