Terrible service delivery and poor product

I purchased a brand new A1 from Audi Northcliff 3 months ago. The car gear stick rattles like an entry level vehicle and when gently braking, it shudders violently. After booking my car in for a service last week for repairs, only to find out a day before that they have no records of this booking, makes one think that do you buy an Audi for poor service delivery and product?

Extremely disappointed!!!
