Someone making an effort to help

Our cars steering rack decided to give in on a Monday morning and had to be towed to Mercedes Bedfordbview - being told our car would be there for around 3 weeks made me cringe at the thought of no car for that period of time. Genevieve stepped in and assisted us efficiently and for kindly and even organizing us a loan car for the time that our car was at Mercedes as life would have been very hard with out it with 3 toddlers!

She even went the extra mile by even finalizing everything with our insurance company for the loan car.

All her help is greatly appreciated.
