TWO different qoutes / invoices same service

My car went I for a service by heildelburg geely auto city on a thursday with a 3/4 tank of petrol I only got the car back on the monday with a 1/4 tank of petrol I then received an invoice saying my car used QTY 10 oil and QTY 6 gear box oil the invoivce over a R1000.00 for a 2500km service when I questioned this the lady explained that it was Qty 10 by 500 ml bottel so I think to my self wich car dealership would by 500ml bottels of oil if a 210L drum would be cheaper for them. I then received a new invoice stating that my car had now use a Qty of 8 oil and of 5 gear box oil so If its now less what did my car actually use because first it was 10 now 8 auto city heidelburg is just out to make money and to use all their customers petrol think twice before buying or serviceing you car there...
