All I can say is STELLAR service... they - including the receptionist handled me like a member of the family.

I felt like going there every day - just to see an example of how good service still is in South Africa.

They scored a 11 out of 10 in my books. Something which their CANAL WALK counter parts can learn from.

And this is not the first time these people have given me stellar service... its a culture! Well done ROLA.
