Man will not give me petrol

So today i had to walk 3km to get to shell for petrol and not even to mention that it was raining an were soaking wet. I only had R10 on me and an juice bottol with wide enough opening for petrol. So after all that walking in the rain to get petrol and the man refuses to give me petrol and tells me i have to buy an 5l can from the shop. I dont have money with me just the R10 and the 1l can. I just want to get home and even if i was rude because he did not want to give me petrol does not mean he can swear at me. Very very anhappy customer. I am an regular and have never been treated like i have been today.
