Paid for petrol that wasn't filled

I filled up my tank at Caltex Garage in Wonderpark Pretoria North; on the 16 of August 2013 at about 21:16. After I paid the Petrol attendent, my gauge didn't change at all my petrol was still on reserve. There is nothing wrong with my gauge. I wasobviously conned. I find this appalling and despicable.
