Useless mechanics and service department

I have had some HORRIBLE service from 2 dealerships in pretoria namely Leo haese hatfield for not being able to identify a noisy pulley/tenssioner so i hoped to get better service from Menlyn Auto BUT ja what a disappointment got my car back noise still there and they reversed another car with a tow bar into my car and kept quiet about it. So i went back to menlyn auto the next morning where the service adviser said they will book my car with their panel beater then last friday while driving my bumped car the belt that drives every pulley in my 320d decided it does'nt want to live anymore so every thing failed from aircon to power steering so i had do have the car towed and if i wanted a rental i had to cough up R 1000 deposit and seeing as my car was booked for wednesday to go to the panel beater i woud then get a loan car from menlyn auto. guess what? its wednesday today and im still stranded at home without wheels... guess thats what BMW is going to... useless mechanics and useless staff on the service side of things
