To whom it may Concern.
I took my car for a service on the 19/7/2013. When i got it back the consultant advised me that their staff dropped a rolling door on my driver's door, damaging it. They now need to repair it. A week later i had to come in so that they can assess the vehicle. Later that day the consultant advised that they need to order the parts and he will advise when i must come in. On the 5 August 2013 i took my car in to be repaired. This will take 3 days. So i had to drive a courtesy car and i had to trow in my own petrol.
When i got my car back after the three days, i noticed that the following Items where out of my car:
1) R80.00
2) Staysoft refill
3) VW bottle opener (this is a car item that i got with the car when i bought it)
When i enquire about this the consultant said that i needed to sort this out with the Auto repair shop. When i arrived at the shop the person advised me that it is impossible that they will out of my car and they normally take Picture of the car. He could not produce the photos and advise that he will call me. I have not received a call from him nor did i receive a call form Lindsay Saker.
This is shocking!!!
