Excellent service from Leroy and Volvo East London

On holiday in East London my brake fluid light on my XC60 T6 started lighting up. I decided to stop in to the local dealer around lunch time on a Friday to ensure nothing underlying is causing this rather than just topping up. I arrived un-announced and Leroy immediately personally took the car into the workshop so they could check for signs of an underlying issue before topping up. He returned within 5 minutes to say that the brake pads needed to be replaced as well as the rear disks and he would not be comfortable in me leaving this until the car was to be serviced when back in Joburg. Since I had to be at the airport that afternoon to see my family off, Leroy quickly established that the did indeed have the required parts in stock and arranged a lift for me to the airport.

The entire process was made painless for me and it was therefore a pleasure to deal with Leroy and Volvo EL while on my vacation (something that could have been a major inconveniance). Leroy also called a few days later to let me know that there is an outstanding recall item on my car so I could inform my servicing dealer.

Well done to Leroy and Volvo EL - great service.
