BAD QUALITY CAR

I got a brand new Renault fluence expression 1.6 from Renault Hatfield in Pretoria last year June, after a year I had the car the problems started, I reported at service and maintenance people that clutch is not up to standard theytold me cant do anything.
I know experience a lot of rattles in the car and boot the drivers door seems to fall off from all the closeing and opening.
The wiper blades are not functioning properly and when the engine is cold it seems that car cant go forward.
What a disappointment and disgrace the car got 34000 km on the clock and the car never ever travelled on any dirt road should I try to travel on any dirt road I am sure the car will brake into pieces.
PLS DONT BUY ANT RENAULTS ITS ASSEMBLY IS VERY VERY POOR CANT BELIEVE ALL THIS FAULTS AFTER ONE year and I tried to sell it but THE JOKE IS NO ONE WANTS TO BUY IT FROM ME .
ITS THE WORST CAR YOU CAN BUY
