Nine days to do complete a 2 day job

A job which could have been done in 5 hrs ended up taking 9 days (and over R1500 in taxi fares) since a 10 inch section needed spray painting - a job which gets outsourced to an external company. This external company is obviously completely incompetent and probably does not care since their poor performance is fronted by Honda.
If Honda outsources their work to shoddy companies they must not be surprised to loose business (i.e. mine and all the folk I have already moaned to). I shall be returning to using back street mechanics since it is apparently the same shoddy people doing the work at the end of the day, much like their insurance company.
Avoid Honda if you can.
