DHL founded my case to be that of negligence & refused to pay R8000.00 i was claiming suggested that i'm entitled to maximum liability of 25USD per kilo. The DHL Official Nosicelo prepared that claim and when it was authorisation that manager Lesego refused to pay because the DHL Official Chantelle who was supposed to have handled my consignment on arrival from Ireland was slow & negligent has just now provided evidence that i was informed about the fact that mu luggage will be auctioned.

Where was this evidence all this time, because i went to see her personally she never gave me even via email when i requested confimation that they informed Govt storage about my change of address that could not be given to me by DHL.

I want DHL to pay me the maximum liability of 25USD because DHL Official Nosicelo didn't indicate that i'll get the lesser of the two. DHL Official Nosicelo must process a claim including that R2000.00 difference she indicated to me telephonically i.e. R10, 000.00.

I lost all my clothing, clothes that people in SA gave me money to buy for them that i had to pay back, my daugthers clothes she got on her birthday.
