Putting people in death traps

Cars & Transport

Recently I sent my 2010 Suzuki Jimny for it's 45 000km service. I dropped my car off early on a Tuesday morning with a list of problems my car had so they could fix them all during the service.
The list was pretty simple stuff:
-Replace the windscreen wipers
-Fix the squeaking breaks
-check the head lamp height
-The steering felt loose and disconnected
-The radio speakers aren't working properly

Upon collection on Thurs woman tells me that in the two days that they have had the car they were unable to locate a part for the clutch and it (the car) needs to come back for another service "soon" to fix the problem AND the wheel alignment was incomplete.

Further once I had driven my car I noticed some things:
-One of the WHEEL NUTS were not put back on the car (lost). Not only is this INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS, but it was one of the "Mac Guard" lock nuts I have installed on my car which are expensive and difficult to replace.
-Each time I turn off the car now there is a horrible smell from the engine.
-NONE items mentioned earlier were sorted out (the wipers some how became worse)

I called 4 times to enquire, each time she was "getting back to me soon" it has now been a month since.
