Repeating problems with the KB300 Dtec

My vehicle is in for repairs to the gearbox for the second time for the same problem. It has been with them for over two weeks now and no one seems to know what is going on or what the problem is. The first time they had the vehicle for almost 3 months.
They are incapable of explaining the problems, nor are they willing to accept responsibility for future reoccurrence..
