Wheelstop - Shocking Customer Service

I found a vehicle on Gumtree advertised by Riaan van Wyk, owner of Wheelstop dealership in Pretoria. I had been communicating with him for several weeks before deciding that this was the car I wanted to buy. The only problem was I live in CPT and the car was in Pretoria. To which I especially flew up to Pretoria and met with Riaan to view and test drive the car. I went with the intention of purchasing the vehicle.

Riaan was friendly and accommodating (which I sooned realised was a front). He had a meeting in Johannesburg after the test drive was done and left his wife Melissa in charge. She attempted to rush me with my decision as she ALSO had a meeting to get to. After 5 minutues I walked into their office and said I would buy the car only to realise the car was on finance. The bank had the ownership document and they wanted me to pay THEM the asking price. They said once I had done this, I would get the ownership document 10 days later. Then they got aggressive when I disagreed to this condition. Poking me in the back, calling me "boy" and telling me a settlement letter from the bank is none of my business. Absolutely SHOCKING! How this dealership sells cars is beyond me!!
