Worst service on Earth!!!

I made an Appointment 24 July to get my 2nd hand Big Boy DRT 150 serviced. I was told to bring it in on 29 July so that they can quote me on the service. I gave a fault list of my own so that these things could also be repaired. The quote came to R 2000 that I payed immediately. I told the lady assisting me that I made the appointment early cause i have no other means of transport besides taking a taxi costing me R 120 p/day. On 2nd August I phoned and asked if my bike is ready as the time taken to service the bike is costing me more money.3 items were not in stock, Dash Assy, Air Filter and sprocket cover. I then asked if they can just service the bike and I will come back at a later time to have the new items replaced. I was then told I can come pick up the bike as it is finished with the service. When I went to pick it up nothing was done on the bike but yet I was told its is done. I then demanded service as I have paid for this and it took them 15min to service the bike as I waited. I feel this is unacceptable service as I did everything in advance to get the bike back asap. I paid R 700 for Labour not done! What about my R 120p/day x 5 for taxi service!
