Galliga finally got it right

When my car was taken to Galliga I was told it would be ready after 14 days, on July 3. Informed by the information I then rented a car until the said date only to find that the car was far from over. The problem at the place, it appears, stems fro the fact that each time one calls one is given different versions in respect of the progress on the vehicle. I ended up getting the vehicle on Monday, Tuesday July 30, which meant that it took both the insurance and panel beaters over two full months to have my car on the road again. People or rather suppliers do not seem to be aware of the problems motorists encounter after being involved in accidents. However after much engagement by both myself and the Insurance company Galliga upped their act and I must say did a good job on the car (I am neither an assessor nor car expert) but I am convinced the job done is impeccable. After all the troubles the company showed remorse and a staff compliment of four delivered the car to my place and even brought me some little gift and also filled up my tank. Much appreciated but one wonders why jobs are not done right first time around.
