I emailed Carl tuesday night to find out about service (21h00 i had a reply) 07h30 wednesday Geoff confirmed service and vehicle details saying Thursday i can come in... 07h30 i was in, booked car in, offered lift to where ever i needed to be, 11h30 got sms car is serviced and ready for collection.
all the small things done... Sanette sorted out the service plan and no cost to me, car was clean, and little things done like greased bonnet latch, water refilled in windscreen washer, i will definately keep service relations with Fored George.
