CHM/IUA credit protection plan is a

I bought a car for my sister at CMH East Rand Mall and the financial manager Ms Eloner De Wet advised me to take a credit protection plan on both our lifes and terms and conditions were not read out to me and it was a great solution and i took it. R189 was deducted from my account every month. In February 2013 my sister passed on and i claimed from CHM and i was referred to a company called IUA in Durban and a lady called Ms Beverley Muthan Claims Admin Manager (031 570 7600) was in charge of my claim. All the requested information and after their assessment was told that my claim was rejected. And when I inquired i was told that as per the medical certificate completed by the DR my sister had a condition that existed before the purchasing of the car that was cancer and hence my claim is rejected. The Dr medical certificate clearly states that my sister had breast cancer before but the cause of her death was brain cancer which was diagnosed after buying the car. I tried to explain to Ms Bervely but she sticks to her story that ther is nothing that can be done and i explained that does terms and conditions were not read out to me. I would like IUA to pay my claim or stop deducting
