Installation of my tow bar and my car wrapping

I took delivery of my vehicle on the 21/12/2012 and i choose some extras for my car and since well it was the festive season and most companies where closed so i agreed for the extras had to be fitted in January when the companies opened. its now the 8th month into the new year and i'm still waiting and when ever i phone Richard he tells me stories that the company they where using for their wrappings closed and they had already paid them, and regarding the tow bar he told me that somebody from a company in Selby was suppose to phone me last week already and nobody has contacted me.
i really dont understand why are they making their problem mine, i just need for this to be sorted out as soon as possible.
