Rip off repair/replacement charges-cd player jam

I am complaining Nissan for not recognizing that their cd players jam regularly, so much so that there are several websites that actually recognize this, why does Nissan not recognize this? Nissan easily takes my money over the 4 years of service but cant provide a reasonable solution to a common design problem of one of their components? They want to charge me R20000 to replace the radio, or R7300 to repair the jam, and they never told me it will cost R350 if I choose neither!!
