Absolutely dreadful

By far the worst courier I have ever seen. Been waiting for my UNISA material for over 3 weeks. I've phoned over 10 times, and every time someone tries to put me through to someone else and it never gets answered.

It would have been faster to use post than this courier. That's not an exaggeration, it's a fact.
