Nissan Kuilsriver dont come to the party!

Please help, Nissan Kuilsriver is spoiling my enjoyment with my Nissan Juke. I bought it in September 2012 and when I took possession of it at the dealership discovered a chip on the bonnet and 2 days later a chip in my window, the chip in the bonnet was only painted over, window was replaced but the automatic wipers does not work like it should. The company that replaced the window glued the unit to the window! They tried to reset it and said it will work now. It's still not working. I phoned them yesterday22 Jan2013 trying to resolve this issue (I am living in Somerset West and was in the Kuilsriver Area), they said that I can bring in the Juke and they will resolve this issue's, they would have given me a vehicle for the day. They promised to phone back. I am still awaiting their call to confirm this!! - What must I do now??? The problem is still not solved - please help Hallo Pete
