My headline is a perfect example of the type of service you will be receiving from BMW Northcliff. After meeting with Hardy Steyn to address past and current issues with a vehicle I purchased 5 months ago as well as e-mail correspondence back and forward. Hardy the service manager is definitely the poorest example of such and as for the empty promises made as well as passing the buck onto his staff to handle issues on his behalf should really consider another career path which does not include customer care/ satisfaction. The request from me for Hardy to get BMW SA Technical on board to assist as well as others clearly was not on his list of priority. I arrived at BMW to collect my vehicle after hardy ignored my mails and telephonic calls as well as handing over the responsibility to Emmanuel to sort out on his behalf - Hardy took a short cut from the parking lot into the workshop like a ghost and coward... Still waiting for him to return mails, calls and request the assistance from BMW SA Technical to resolve outstanding issues raised... Customer service NOT on his list of priorities
