Poor service and ripping off customers

I paid for a MAJOR car service via Groupon but yet still had to put in an extra R3500. My car isn't even that old and nothing had been done to it! I barely made it home alive and couldn't drive it the following morning in the rain, it was swerving to the left and the balancing on the car didn't exist. I had to take it to SupaQuick for an emergency check, and they said I got ripped off and they rotated the wrong tyres and didn't do the balancing and alignment. My car was in worse condition after going to Budget Auto Clinic than before. I called back the following day saying I was very dissapointed with the service and the owner Allan even admitted to me he overcharged me and said he would reimburse me for some of the payment. Still waiting for that. Terrible service and a huge ripoff to customers!
