I went to WillowCrest the 18th of May. I got my vehicle the 24th. There was a minor issue to sort. They got it the 30th and I told them there is a problem with the car's gearbox. It was back on the 31st. On my way home the gears failed. I phoned and was told they will collect it the 4th. I got it back on the 8th and was told their expert found nothing. I drove home and was stuck gearless 4 times. I phoned them and said I cannot drive the vehicle I do not feel safe. Sorry our drivers went home, can you try to get home and call us in the morning. I phoned, no joy. I left a voice mail for my salesperson. On the 10th my car was collected. I phoned daily with no joy.By 13th I was told that they have not yet looked at my car. The 14th I emailed him and said if they do not want to fix the car they should just say so. I only received my car back on the 25th being told my car is fixed. On the 3rd of July, I was stuck again. I phoned and was told to call tomorrow. At 10 on the 4th I was informed I should call the next time it happens so they can see what is happening. Today, I phoned him and was told, sorry we have no drivers, call us tomorrow. Fix it or I will contact the consumer board.
